Royal jelly

Royal jelly is a bee product, a sign of vitality. This substance is whitish, gelatinous and is secreted by certain glands of young nurse bees. Rich in vitamins, it is a natural product and is the exclusive food of the queen bee.

Royal jelly consists of many trace elements and vitamins. Thanks to these nutrients, the queen bee can live up to 6 years, while an ordinary bee rarely lives more than 45 days.

Royal jelly in capsule form allows for easy dosing and taking. Indeed, its gelatinous texture and its particular taste can be a hindrance. Capsules are then ideal. In order to optimize the intake of this food supplement, it is preferable to do a treatment over several days, particularly at the change of seasons.

Royal jelly or Propolis ?

Although they are bee products, propolis and royal jelly do not have the same nutritional values. It is therefore possible to choose one or the other product. While royal jelly can be taken throughout the year, propolis is best used when winter and its little ailments arrive. It is sometimes even suggested to combine these two natural products with many virtues.

Propolis is used to counter the effects of winter while royal jelly is an ally of choice in all circumstances. This does not prevent us from using royal jelly for its beneficial effects in the middle of the cold season, quite the contrary! These are two distinct substances which also have similar, even complementary, advantages. The key is to use each product correctly.

Recommended use :

Take 2 to 3 capsules per day with a large glass of water, during a meal (preferably in the morning or at midday, to benefit from its properties all day long) and as part of a balanced diet.
