Bromelain - pineapple extract

The Pineapple Research Institute discovered bromelain around 1960 and began to exploit this proteolytic enzyme. Extracted from the stem of pineapple, bromelain is a natural remedy that has many properties. The extraction of Bromelain is done with water, without organic solvent.
