Methylation is a vital metabolic process. It takes place continuously in all the cells of our body at a frantic pace (up to a billion times per second). Biochemically, it is an extremely simple process that consists of the transmission of a methyl group (a carbon atom bonded to 3 hydrogen atoms, or CH3) from one molecule to another.

The Methyl Factor formula contains vitamin B1 as benfotiamine (fat soluble), TMG (trimethylglycine) known as betaine, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), folic acid (as L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate) as well as zinc.

TMG, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and methylfolate collectively provide methyl-donating nutrients.

Suggested Intake :

Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water as part of a balanced diet on the advice of a health professional.
