Maca root

Maca is a root plant of the Brassicaceae family native to Peru. Similar to the turnip, it grows in the heights of the Andes. Extreme growing conditions favor a nutrient-rich composition. Its name comes from the Inca: "Ma" means "high mountain" and "CA" means "good food that strengthens".

It contains in particular carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids (lysine, methionine, tryptophan, anginine ...), fatty acids (α-linoleic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid ...), minerals (calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, mangaese, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, selenium, iodine), vitamins E, B1, B2, B12, C, D3, P, tannins, saponins, alkaloids, alkamides, steroid substances (stigmasterol and β sitosterol), isothiocyanates , glucosinolates ...

The composition of Maca is ideal in case of anemia or fatigue thanks to its nutritional qualities. It would have an impact on general well-being and stress, but also on menstruation and male fertility.

Usage tips :

Take 2 to 6 capsules per day, 20 minutes before the meal.

Contraindications :

. For people with metabolic syndrome, do not exceed 1 capsule per day (maximum 600mg of Maca per day).
