Gymnema sylvestre is an ancient herb used for nearly 2000 years to help manage sugar cravings and balance blood sugar levels.
Gymnema sylvestre is a slow-growing perennial woody vine found in central and southern India and tropical Africa. In the Ayurvedic system it is called "Meshasringa" or "Gurmar" and has indications for its use in blood sugar balance. The Hindu word “Gurmar” means “destroyer of sugar”. This herb is believed to inhibit the absorption of sugar and has become a popular subject of study in Western medicine.
Each capsule provides 100 mg of Gymnema sylvestre and 25 mg of active gymnemic acids, which research has identified as the level needed to help reduce sugar cravings.
The effects of Gymnema sylvestre appear quickly after ingestion but only last a few hours. Our supplement has been specially designed to take one small capsule up to three times daily for prolonged benefit and effect.
Suggested Intake :
Take 1 capsule up to 3 times a day, 10 to 15 minutes before meals or as needed. Has a noticeable effect within approximately 30 minutes of ingestion
