A healthy immune system responds appropriately to external threats. An allergy occurs when the immune system overreacts to an everyday substance, and an allergen can be something harmless like pollen. During an allergic reaction, the immune system reacts the same way it would respond to a harmful pathogen. Antibodies are released, which bind to mast cells, triggering the release of histamine. Suggested Intake :

1 capsule three times a day with a large glass of water during meals in times of crisis. In maintenance, take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
