Recommended use :

Shake the ampoule before use. Take 1 ampoule per day each morning, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice, for 10 days.

Use a cloth to break one side of the bulb, then break the second side above a container (glass).

Repeat if necessary during useful periods: loss of energy, fatigue, intense activity ...
