Thyme essential oil is a strong antiseptic with stimulating properties. Used in an oil burner, a few drops in the bath or blended as a massage oil or cream thyme essential oil can help with concentration, memory and to focus, it has warming qualities that are great for conditions such as rheumatism, sciatica, arthritis and gout. It is also known to fortify the lungs which helps with colds, coughs, asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, catarrh and whooping cough plus sore throats and tonsillitis.

The therapeutic properties of thyme oil include antirheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, bactericidal, cardiac, carminative, diuretic, expectorant, hypertensive, insecticide, stimulant, tonic and vermifuge. Aroma: Herby. Note: Do not use if suffering high blood pressure, when pregnant or breastfeeding, may irritate sensitive skin, use in moderation.
